Tung Do also known as Small Potato has finally reappeared in the WordPress community. Chris Wallace recently published an interview with the man to talk about the decision to sell WPDesigner.com, his thoughts on what has become of the site, and what he’s been up to since selling. One thing I picked up out of the interview is that Tung Do is designing again. Whether it’s by himself or in collaboration with someone, I don’t know.

Someone At WPDesigner Wants Your Money
The story regarding WPDesigner.com just keeps getting better, or worst. I’m receiving reports from multiple individuals letting me know that they have received a paypal notice informing them to renew their 5$ subscription to the theme club Small Potato once operated. On top of that, some folks are even receiving late payment notices. Couple this latest development with what has taken place on the WPDesigner site the other day, it seems like something malicious is going on. After all of this time, someone who is keeping the lights on over their is making attempts at getting your money
I do remember Small Potato refunding everyone who was a member of the theme club after discovering that the new owner didn’t live up to his promise to keep the club going. I’m not sure what is going on but I’ll provide updates as I find out about them.
If you are receiving these paypal notices, DO NOT pay them. Simply ignore them.
WPDesigner Breathes And Then Dies
WPDesigner.com the site Tung Do aka Small Potato used to call home finally published a blog post today only the post was about the top five webhosting sites to use. See the screenshot as I believe someone who still keeps the lights on over their has since removed the post.
Small Potato sold WPDesigner.com in 2008 for about $65,000 to a man named Pawel Ciszewski who has not done anything at all with the site since the purchase. Considering someone has removed the post, I imagine someone with administrative abilities still has access to the site and is still maintaining it.
