Displaying 1 To 6 Of 6 Comments Brian, that was the permalink rewrite rule bug, and it’s been addressed in 3.3. No worries now. Good info: » Posted By Chris Hajer On February 7, 2012 @ 4:08 PM Interestingly, Michael tweeted this about the price about 14 hrs ago: http://twitter.com/michaeltorbert/status/9173747600 Get All in One SEO Pack – Pro Version + support for $3/mo while it’s cheap before the price goes up. http://retwt.me/1L1sP I couldn’t find out what the price was going up to, or when, on the wpplugins site Also, I recall Michael talking about the available pricing options at wpplugins before, I think at weblogtoolscollection. As plugin developers, our hands are tied with the pricing structure. The way it’s set up, we set a price for exactly two things: 1) download price 2) download + subscription (for support and updates) price. I absolutely agree with you, I’m not a big fan of the current structure either, but for now that’s the way they have it. Interesting to see this come up again, and to see the radically different pricing at wpplugins » Posted By Chris Hajer On February 16, 2010 @ 3:25 PM Write For People, Not For Spiders Thinking more about this, Jeff was saying “write for people”: When I write content, I do so in a way that comes natural. I don’t use certain words over others because they taste better to the spiders. I write as a human for other humans. That’s all. He wasn’t saying SEO is crap. He was just saying “write naturally”, that’s all. Not sure how it got off onto a whole markup/theme/SEO topic. Write for people. That’s it. » Posted By Chris Hajer On January 29, 2010 @ 3:19 PM @Nathan Rice - “Ask for details” is key, but it assumes you know what to ask about. It’s still buyer beware. Who do you believe, and who do you trust? People new to WordPress or websites or SEO in general frequently have NO IDEA what to ask for, and get screwed in the process. » Posted By Chris Hajer On January 26, 2010 @ 4:29 PM @Nathan Rice - “If the theme you’re buying has “SEO” listed in a bullet point list of features, then it’s probably BS.” studiopress.com bullet point #2: I don’t agree that because someone lists SEO in a bullet point for their theme’s selling points means it’s BS. Joost and StudioPress do a good job. » Posted By Chris Hajer On January 26, 2010 @ 2:44 PM Listener Poll: Do You Think bbPress Will Evolve Into A WordPress Plugin?
