The client sent me a looooong list of features that he wanted in the CMS of choice to have and going through them, it looked like he was just looking for WordPress, but only one thing was missing, the Trash features. Yes, seems like they are behind the schedule – I would blame hosts for this. You cannot adopt a PHP version just when it is not any more supported – a very lame situation.
