As most of you know, I have an interview scheduled for March 20th with Matt Mullenweg on WordPress Weekly. With that said, please do the usual and post your questions you would like me to ask him on the show.

As you and I talked about the other day, I would love to hear him discuss his original vision for Wordpress, and whether it has evolved at all. If so, how has it evolved, and into what has it evolved. What is his vision for the future of WordPress.
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
WordPress calls itself a "Publishing Platform" and many people use WordPress as a complete content management system.
What features do you foresee being added in the future that will further extend the "CMS" capability of WordPress?
Based on the current comments discussion on the "Making Money From GPL Plugin Development" post it might be a good idea to ask Matt to clarify his position once and for all on people selling GPL compliant themes and plugins.
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
Man, I really hesitate bringing up that argument/conversation again. Without having a whole conversation about it, can I ask one or two questions about the subject that can simply sum it up? It seems like no matter what Matt says or how Matt says it, this conversation is never ending.
Jeff, I think you're absolutely correct. It would be nice to have him provide an express position for the record though. We know for certain that he doesn't approve of non-GPL plugins and themes, but does he have anything against commercial GPL-compliant plugins/themes? Some would say that he's implied it, so I think it would benefit us to hear him give a definitive answer, to clear up any misconceptions.
When people talk about Matt Mullenweg, I sometimes feel as though they're talking about religion, in that everyone has vastly different "interpretations" on the things he says.
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
How about "Is conorp the greatest person in the universe?" LOL. Yes corny i know.
Now seriousness: "What feature are you most exited with in the WordPress software?"
"What is your fav plugin?"
Conorp
The lord of every land, rising for them,
The Aton of the day, great of majesty.
Great Hymn of the Aton
I saw that WordPress.org no longer has the Revolution banner up ( or what would be a Studio Press banner) Is WordPress.org going to support commercial GPL Themes in some other way or what's up with commercial GPL products and WordPress.org?
Dan Cole, Future Engineer.
What benefits and features are coming to WP.org 2.8?
Apparently improvements are being made to widgets, "Improved Widget user interface". Can you describe those improvements and how they will affect WP Users and/or theme developers?
Talk about the New Theme Installer routines and why.
What improvements will Simple Pie bring?
Hooks are being added, Users, Categories, Link Categories, etc. Please explain what benefit these will add.
Will greater flexibility be added to roles and capabilities within the admin? For example - the ability to create custom roles?
Why not incorporate more of the commonly used SEO features into the WP core?
Oops, 2 more GPL Questions: Does Matt feel that the GPL is the perfect license for WordPress or is it just the "most suitable" right now? Would they switch from GPL to something else if there was another license coming out that was more specific about webbased applications and code that doesnīt have to be compiled?
Why was PenisPress removed from the Plugin Repository? erm no, just kidding
How does he feel about TinyMCE?
Thatīs where i blog (working on the live site)
