Topics To Discuss on Episode 114

So I was thinking about having an open ended round table show this Friday with a list of predetermined topics or we can talk about whatever someone else brings up. I can't do a roundtable show without people calling in to share their voice and opinion on matters so if you can be part of this show by calling in as a panelist, please let me know in this thread so I have a rough idea. Looking for 4-5 people if possible.

I'd definitely be open to calling in for a chat. 9PM EST is 6PM for me, so it lines up fairly well with the end of the workday out here.

I'd be more interested in discussing the first 3 topics you have on your list. I was among the first to suggest automatic updates, I pretty invested in the DevPress/WordCamp debate leading up to WordCamp Portland, and I'm a plugin developer/consultant who errs on the "install fewer plugins" side of that particular argument. I'm also pretty comfortable with the other two topics (to update or not to update and Automattic) ...

So the question becomes - who's participating, who do you want participating, and how much discussion will we devote to each topic?
