Not really sure how I go about informing the correct people of this problem, or in fact listing a trac...never had to do it before!

Personally I feel a better warning to show would advise the user to contact the adminstrator of the network. Had said user in my case done that, it would have saved a bit of hassle

But again, still pretty dumb on his part to go ahead and delete everythign!!

Go to http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ . Login with your normal WordPress.org user name and password. Click "New Ticket". Fill in the ticket and details and such and submit it.
