Icon7 Streaming Video visible in Safari blank in Firefox and IE

Hi... we own and operate orphanages in China. We set up ten Net Cams to show people visiting our website various views of our facility.

Things work pretty good when the site is viewed in Safari.. (I do our website work on a Mac if that makes a difference) however, where the streaming video should be in Firefox and IE there is nothing but a blank area.

The code that works in Safari is:

    <p style="text-align: center;"><video width="480" height="360" style="background-color:#000;" src="http://218.29.123.182:8001/videostream.cgi" type="application/x-mpegURL" poster="http://218.29.123.182:8001/videostream.cgi">
    </video></p>

Our web page is http://gongyi.homeofhope.org and the menu item to take one to the streaming video is on the left side about 3/4 of the way down: "Live Streaming Video"

I really need to get this to work in the other browsers as well or else we may as well take it all down...

We are also trying to figure out how to get around the User: and Password: that is required so far to view the video... maybe someone can help on that as well.

    Hope someone can help.

Well, I've checked out a few of the streaming videos in firefox 6 and I can confirm that the login box pops up. If I enter in the credentials, I'm able to view the streaming video just fine.
