most links on blog throwing 404 errors

i have no idea of what is going on, Most the links on my blog are throwing 404 errors, internal links such as more, categories, tags ect are throwing errors also. i checked and repaired my database just in case that was the problem to no avail, i dont know if i can put the blogs address here or not but will try http://graspingknowledge.com

Have you recently changed your permalink structure, or your blog url settings?

Have you made any changes that would have impacted your .htaccess file (or the pretty permalink rewrite rules in .htaccess)?

No i did not do any thing that would change any of them but you did give me the idea to update permalink and i did now everything works, thank you very much i guess my head wasnt working,

This had permalinks issue written all over it :)
