Give has_post_thumbnail() a shot, it was changed recently, although I'm not exactly sure when? I couldn't find the change in Trac, and I did try a search, but found nothing for it either! :D

What does the rest of the error message say? Sounds like something got borked during the upgrade process.
Thanks :)
Anthony Cole has been posting on WP Hackers, IRC etc. etc. then resorted to me, who had no idea. You just beat all of them :)
Thanks for the ninja fast response :D
I'm running 2.9 trunk on PixoPoint.com at the moment and that update just broke my home page. So needed it fixed ASAP. Was about to revert back to an older version to fix it, but thankfully you replied in time so I didn't need to :)
This is the second time they've broken something major during an upgrade recently. These betas feel more like alphas to me.
Glad I could help Ryan! :) I only knew myself because I saw a little message posted on Twitter, and therefore RT'ed it to let others know! - Yeah, seems silly to change a function name, but it's not the final release yet so I guess it's alright at times! ;)

I noticed these betas seem to up for quite a while this time. And they were discussing making the betas RC's at an earlier stage I recall to help improve the number of people testing them.
Is it possible then, that these betas are more like the bleeding edge releases of the past? It sure does feel like it. The betas don't seem to be as well promoted as they have in the past either.
