Vision CMS :: Free WordPress Theme

It has custom options theme page, so html knowledge is not required in order to set it the way you want.

Interesting design/layout.
It seems, though, that it's not rendering correctly for me. (I'm using Firefox 3.x, under Kubuntu Linux.) The slider containers are all displaying at the same time, one above the next, and are overlaying the content underneath.
Note: the issue actually is a scripting issue. I use NoScript, and so scripts on any site are disallowed by default unless explicitly allowed. Once I allowed scripts for your domain, the header slider worked as intended.
You might want to look at how the theme degrades for browsers not allowing scripting - which is a pretty large number of Firefox users who, like me, use NoScript.
(I would recommend setting display:none for two of the three slider containers, by default.)
As for the theme itself:
I like the gradient in each of the content boxes.
I would recommend setting list-style-type:none for the Recent Posts and Pages ULs.
