GPL commercial themes
I'm putting together a list for the GPL commercial themes to link to from the theme directory.
So who are the folks offering GPL-and-supported themes in line with what Brian Gardner is doing with StudioPress or Gorilla Themes.

Welcome to the forum Matt :)

I don't have anything exactly in line with what Brian Gardner is doing with StudioPress, but I do have a template generator which allows users to create GPL licensed themes automatically.
http://pixopoint.com/generator/
The template generator is mostly free, however there are paid upgrades available which give extra features in the themes including extra widgetized areas and the ability to save/upload your designs.

I've been googling around trying to find links to other commercial GPL themes, but I'm not having much luck finding any. I guess it isn't a very popular business model. There are a few which have dual licensing, ie: GPL for the PHP files, but a proprietory license for everything else, but I'm guessing that isn't what you are looking for.
I suspect once you get a commercial theme directory running, commercial GPL themes will become a lot more popular. Hopefully it doesn't reduce the quality of the themes in the regular (free) theme directory though.

http://Spectacu.la is 100% GPL although we're not taking new memberships just yet... probably this week, however.
Worth noting, however, that we endeavour to make all themes Repository compatible, so they're being uploaded there as and when we can - so we do get some linkage from WordPress.org now anyway.

There's the Thematic Child Themes from ThemeShaper.
-
And, along the same lines as ThemeShaper with Thematic, there's also Theme Hybrid selling GPL Child Themes for a GPL Theme Framework.
-
Dan Cole's Parallel Theme is licensed under GPL version 3.

Some great looking themes coming from ThemeShift who are also GPL http://themeshift.com/

Hi Matt - as I mentioned in an email to you a couple of months ago the themes on Pro Theme Design now follow the GPL as well.
