We need a latest posts section

I just wanted to see if Jeff would consider adding the "Latest Posts" section back in the footer. It made it so much easier to see the latest discussions taking place here in the forums. And, it definitely saved me time from having to look in individual forums.

:) I look at that section quite often. In fact, I've extended it in the new design to show the last 20 or so threads instead of the usual 10.

Hmm is it just me or does the latest post/er link in latest section not work?
The Jump to latest unread post arrow.
"No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator"

The last post does not work for me either. I think it's since some days. I get the same error message like andreasnrb.

It works for me, or at least as well as it normally works. The vBulletin latest post functionality is pretty awful and rarely works as well as it should.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that Arrow. You guys actually click on that thing? I was notified about that a few weeks ago but have not got around to looking into it at the VBulletin mod forums. Thanks for the reminder though.

Until the issue is fixed, I've gone in and disabled the little arrow icon. That will hold us over for now.
