Saw this mentioned on WordCast recently and it's a great resource. Lorelle has published a post she calls Sandbox Content. It's a post containing just about every element you would want to style in your themes CSS file. Instead of an entire series of posts, I think it's nice to have it all in one.

It's similar to WPCandy's export file.

In addition sample posts, it also has sample comments. It was made before 2.7 was released though, so no threaded comment examples. Wouldn't take too long to add your own though, if you wanted them.

Couldn't you just import this file, create the threaded comments and then give away the updated exported version?
