[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Submit button takes me to blank page

Hey there again!
I've added a "Fast Secure Contact Form" to a blog iv'e been working on with all the required settings. For some reason the form doesn't seem to work. After hitting the submit button FS-contact form seem to take one to a white blank page even tho i set it up to return one to the main site. And the form does not really work as i don't seem to get anything in the mail. Anyone know what could be the issue? Go ahead and try it if its any help: http://www.mithilasdiary.com, its on the "contact me" on the sidebar.

It's been awhile since you've published but I just tried the contact link in the sidebar. It popped up a form which I filled out and submitted a message, I was then redirected to the front page without any problems.
