    So I use twitterfeed to publish my posts to my twitter account, same with clients/friends/family and their respective twitter accounts.

    Is it possible to publish to my personal facebook profile (for my personal website). Same way how my tweets get published on my facebook profile.

    Take a look at the Simple Facebook Connect Plugin. I believe it has a Plugin for this?

    Also, Facebook can import an RSS feed into "Notes" automatically.

    Also, you can push Twitter to Facebook, so that when your Blog post announcements get pushed to Twitter, Twitter can push them also to Facebook.
