    Default whats the best way to organize a post with lists

    posts like you see, top 30 firefox extensions, or top 30 wordpress themes, with thumbnails, and descriptions.

    anything to make it easier to make these?

    There are some Table of Contents plugins I've used to pretty decent results.

    Which plugins have you used? I've been looking for a decent ToC plugin for the past couple of years and have yet to find one that didn't output a heap of junk.

    Chris - I use post templates for these kinds of posts. It ensures a consistent layout.

    I used http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...content-boxes/ for a while, before I realized I didn't need 'em at all. Posts aren't THAT long ;)

    Thanks. That's one of the plugins I tested and discarded. So far, in all my hunting, I've not found a good ToC that (a) is secure; (b) decently coded; and (c) doesn't rely on JavaScript. If it ever became necessary to have one it looks like I'll have to write my own.
