posting only to certain categories...

Is there a plugin so Jeff can only post to category 13 and 14?

I have this newspaper based site and I am tired of newbies posting their post in the wrong category then getting a million e-mails and tweets from fans/reader explaining to me how I screwed up.

I don't want Jeff's tech review on fairy land blackberry type phone ending in the food/restaurant review section.

Yes I can tell Jeff and other writers to check before they post.

Jeff, I am just using you as an example.

I think http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/role-scoper/ makes it possible to do what you want.
