I pointed out everything. Mailed him thrice with all the details. Also asked Jeffro once to ask him on #wordpress.com, but nothing has been done yet. I should assume this is allowed then.

I doubt that would be allowed. It's possible that MarkR is busy discussing the situation with the developer. The plugins' license is fine, I'm not sure about ad pages, so the only issue might be with the way it works around the GPL, but depending on the situation that may or may not consider that acceptable (I except not, you never know).
