Digg.com Sucks

Just wanted to pass a link along to a rant I wrote about Digg.com and wanted to know what you guys and gals thought of the subject.

Not a big fan of Digg myself. But then, I'm not a 15-year-old boy either, so I'm not really their demographic. I have an account, but haven't visited in ages. I get more interaction from services like Twitter where I can both find good links and contribute good links.

Call me an old-school dinosaur but I've never even visited the Digg site let alone use the service. Same goes for Twitter.

Yeah, Digg is perfect for my 21 year old son... Me? I only occasionally find something interesting, and they are form the same sites often enough I'm about to subscribe to those sites and ditch the Digg module on my igoogle page.

Haha, I am a 15 year old boy and I really hate the site... especially their grand idea of the new Digg Bar...

Digg really has taken some heat for the digg bar - and while I may end up getting chased out by an angry mob for this, I actually like it...

I never used to digg stories. Ever. But now, since the digg button is right there at the top of the page, I DO take the time to digg, or bury it. I also find myself getting more involved in the comments because I've got access to them right there at the top of the page.
