When will WordPress drop PHP 4?

Hehe it wasn't meant to be that serious. but really if your host is still on PHP4 you should change.

I hope not, or that webhost is begging for trouble. John already mentioned the links which goes into more detail but the last number I heard was from Mark Jaquith in that the number is about 15% now for users of WordPress on PHP 4.

Interesting thing is that my shared hosting account runs PHP 5.2.6 and WordPress along with plugins work just fine.
