Barry The Next WordPress Release?

I was tipped off today that on the WordPress Release Archive page, there is a new version called 100-barry available for download after 2.7.1. When I dived inside to take a look at version.php, this is what I saw,

2.8-beta2-11509

So I'm wondering if WordPress 2.8 will be nicknamed Barry or something.

So, Matt read this forum thread and thought it was funny since this community notices everything.

The reason their was a release named Barry is because if I remember correctly, Matt mentioned that only a few people had access to officially release versions of WordPress to the public and this was a test by Barry to see if other people could do releases which apparently they can. So now, more than one or two people can push out a release to the public.
