    Default from free wordpress platform to a new host

    Hi guys,

    I have a blog hosted in wordpress, (you know, the free wordpress site) and I wanted to have my blog hosted to a new one, preferably paid wordpress hosting because I am thinking of adding plug-ins and widgets on it, some plug-ins and widgets make my blog so slow but I don't want to remove them.

    do you know some wordpress hosting, or suggest which hosting is good for me? I have 3 sites (the first one about my self-published comics or illustrated story, second is about selling products and last is my personal site.) As much as possible I want a host with less (if possible) down time and with a low cost but good quality.

    thanks to those who'll reply! :)

    I think that Page.ly might be a good option for you.

    This is a loaded question and you'll probably not get a definitive answer but based on my experience so far, HostGator has worked pretty well for me. If you're looking for a webhost, I recommend reading this article I published last year that has 14 things to consider when choosing a host.

    @Danix,
    I see, there are also lists of hosts available, that's cool, thanks!
    @Jeffro,
    I read your article, and it's so informative! yeah cool, it helps a lot. What I like most is this: "The last thing you want to do is transfer your established site to one of those ‘here today, gone tomorrow‘ resellers. "
    Thanks to those who reply! ^^
