Why would someone want access to my CPanel

I've had a request from someone locally who wants to include my blog items as part of a block of news on their community portal website. They also say they need back end access to my CPanel in order to aggregate a list that would include the headline and a short summary with link back to the story on my page. I don't see any reason at all to grant anyone access to my CPanel, but maybe there is. What say you? [You are free to laugh if you want.]

There is no reason to give them that access. Tell them to use your feed.

I say it sounds like a social engineering hack.

Now, if you give me your credit card info, including the security code on the back and your full name and address, I can secure it so they never ask you that again. ;)
