Custom Taxonomy Ideas?

virtually everything in the search fields are custom taxonomies.

I'm really looking forward to Portland this year, will be my first ever wordcamp, and looks very interesting. I'm using taxonomies all over the place but really need to get my theme looking much better before providing an inspirational link.
