Ryan, anyway you can modify your forum so users can put in the information your looking for into a profile field that you can view when they write a post? It still doesn't solve the problem of being precise in the description o fthe problem or the exact URL the problem is occurring but I figured there ought to be someway to help automate some of the information to make it less of a problem.

Michael Torbert wrote this guest post which makes for a good template for folks to read when asking for support. Not necessarily tied to his plugin.

They have the ability to add their URL to their profile. But I don't want to be rifling through their site only to find out that the site they're asking the question about is not the one in their profile.

Or perhaps you are suggesting an extra box added to each post, in which case that could actually work ... interesting idea.
