On thursday picked up a new client (well he contacted me through PWPH) who wanted our Premium Hosting plan and our WordPress Installation service done, also install their Premium News Theme from stylewp.
Long story short, I think the client didn't know what he was getting into when he decided to start his first news site.
Anyway I setup the hosting, then setup WordPress as I have done in the past for least for 200 clients. Sent the person a email with all login info etc, included links for tutorials for hosting, wordpress and his premium theme.
I did this all for $230.00AUD...
Then I received 3 emails while out, as in:

Email two:Martin,
I have begun the learning curve. It is unfortunate that after spending this money and time, it may be as much as six months before, I will be able to get my site up. I was hoping to be able to have all of this up and running, with a little tweaking on my part. It looks like that will not happen. Makes me wonder how thousands of individuals such as myself across the net, are sucked in by the so-called ease of doing things like this. Would Bulletlink be a better program in having an immediate user-friendly program that will work more quickly for someone like me? Don't misunderstand, the time and money I have spent so far on this, I just consider a learning experience. It still is better than hundreds of thousands of dollars, that many lose in business ventures.
Now to my problem. It seems all the links work for the learning material except one of the most important documents which is the following: http://www.domain.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=guide When I sign in to get this all I get is a large square with nothing in it. Their is a little box to the corner, but nothing happens with a left or right click. It seems this theme guide did not download properly. Can you fix this all important document to me?

Is it me or did this guy expect the blog/site to do all the work for him.... Here's my reply:Martin
Return my domain to Yahoo. Cancel my hosting on your guarantee and refund my money back to American Express. I am very dissatisfied with your work.

If anyone knows the stylewp themes the theme guide is in some type of frame within the Dashboard > Appearance > Guide...name,
My work is fine. I have done at least 200 WordPress installations as mentioned on my site, no one has complained. I personally think you jumped into the whole thing without knowing what you were getting into.
You can't expect to learn everything within a minute. Also as for the theme guide link not working, that it not because of what I have done, I can see it fine.
In the WordPress Dashboard can you view the guide by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Guide? I think the guide needs Adobe Reader to work properly within your browser.
Have you even tried writing an article on the site? Everything looks the same as from when I installed everything?
Also the Bulletlink is the same type of software backend wise as WordPress, either way you go it will be a steep learning curve, and it will be even harder if you don't give things a chance.
Martin
To me I think this bloke wanted me to hold his hand and teach him everything about WordPress usage.
Also to note, the site I put together was number 1 of eventually by next month 5 sites. Good luck to this person managing five sites if he's not willing to try on the first....
When I logged into his site everything was the same as I left it, no test posts etc, nothing had changed from when I set everything up.
