It could also be an administrative nightmare, that somebody would have to pay for. We run our own ticketing system for premium clients at Interconnect IT, but wouldn't countenance it for what are essentially low value clients - too much work, admin and support.

Nice idea, but I think as Dan suggests most in the community (I'm thinking users, more than coders) aren't all that active, sadly.
